Development Management Guidance

These are documents which have been approved by Council, but which it was not necessary to consult upon. They are used in Development Management to offer guidance in the determination of planning applications. The documents are available via the 'Related Downloads' section of this page.

Following the adoption of the Orkney Local Development Plan 2017 on 18 April 2017, the weight and position of a number of these documents has changed.
