Co-ordinated Support Plans

A co-ordinated support plan (CSP) is a statutory document that is drawn up by the local authority for the small number of children and young people who have additional support needs, arising from complex and multiple factors, which require a high degree of co-ordination between education authorities and other relevant agencies.
