Interim Head of Roads, Fleet and Waste Services - Darren Richardson

The purpose of this service is to provide front line delivery of services to the community within Orkney.

This includes roads authority, roads operations such as snow clearing, street lighting, repairs to roads and signs, waste management, waste awareness, waste operations which includes disposal, recycling, refuse collection, cemetery maintenance and burials, quarry operations from our Cursiter Quarry and fleet operations which includes managing and maintaining all the council owned vehicles.
