Survey software replacement

If you or your team have current or previous Smart Survey forms for gathering information from staff or the public please read on:

From the 9 March 2025 we will no longer be using smartsurvey.co.uk 

If you have any data that you need to keep from this system please ensure you contact digital.comms@orkney.gov.uk. We have taken a copy of the data for surveys from January 2023 but will be deleting this after three months along with any remaining data on the old system.

Please consider your data retention periods and whether it is still required. If you need any advice on this please contact @Paul Kesterton.

We have transferred over any ongoing surveys to the new system and will be providing training material for those that require it in the near future.
