The Coronation of His Majesty the King
As part of the three days of celebration for the Coronation of His Majesty the King over 5 – 8 May 2023. the Council has agreed to grant an additional day of fixed annual leave to taken on Monday, 8 May 2023.
Those employees required to work on Monday 8 May shall be entitled to an additional day of annual leave entitlement to be taken at a future date within leave year 2023/24.
For those employees not required to work on Monday 8 May, they would have a pro-rata entitlement to the 1 day added to their leave entitlement for 2023/24.
Council Services that would normally close/not operate on Public Holidays will be closed on Monday 8 May 2023.
