A reminder that our fourth Guided Journaling session is being held on Teams on Tuesday 19 March at noon.
This session will be focussing on how our choices shape us- who we are and who we become. Come and join us to help find out more about how our choices shape us.

These sessions aim to provide a safe space where you can journal on a range of themes and create an opportunity for self-reflection and to develop insight and clarity. Guided journaling can also be a useful tool to support our wellbeing and to reduce anxiety and help to relieve symptoms of stress. It’s also a powerful way to increase productivity and focus at work by helping to clear your mind and organise your thoughts. You do not need to have previous experience of journaling, so why not give it a go?
These half hour sessions will be running on a variety of days and times over the next few months and will be held on Microsoft Teams. This time we are introducing a wider range of themes covering change, communication and choice. For further information and to book, select the following links:
