Feedback request - Improving Meetings

Meetings are an important tool for us across the Council. We have however had a lot of feedback saying there are too many meetings and they are not always as effective as they could be. We are therefore looking at how we can improve meetings for all of us. The focus is on officer meetings as Committee Meetings have their own governance and protocols. 

To help improve meetings we want to hear from you and gather your views. We are therefore launching a survey which is open to all employees across the Council regardless of role and work base.  We would very much appreciate it if you could spare us 10 minutes of your time to answer some questions.

For members of staff who wish to take part in the survey who do not have access to a computer, hard copies of the survey will be made available. The Corporate Administration Group members, represented in each service area, will ensure that members of staff without computer access are made aware of the survey.

The survey is now open and will close on Friday 12 January 2024.
