Staff Values video - Stephen Brown talks about People

In the first of our videos about the staff values, we’re delighted to share with you a short video from Stephen Brown, Chief Officer for the Integrated Joint Board.

In his video Stephen talks about the ‘People’ value and why it was chosen as one of our five core values.  For this value we state that ‘we put our colleagues and our community at the heart of everything we do’ – and in the video Stephen talks about where he’s seen this in action at the Council over the last couple of months.
