Staff Values video - Karen Greaves talks about Trust

In the next in our series of videos on the five Staff Values, we’re delighted to share with you a short video from Karen Greaves, Corporate Director for Strategy, Performance and Business Solutions.

In her video Karen talks about the ‘Trust’ value and why it was chosen as one of our five core values. For this value we state that ‘we trust, respect and empower each other and act with honesty and integrity’. In her video, Karen talks about the great, trusting, relationship that was built up between the Council and the Men’s Shed, when they were looking to take over their new premises at the old Herring Factory in Stromness.
