Staff Values video - Gareth Waterson talks about Ownership

In the next in our series of videos on the five Staff Values, we’re delighted to share with you a short video from Gareth Waterson, Corporate Director for Enterprise and Sustainable Regeneration.

In his video Gareth talks about the ‘Ownership’ value and why it was chosen as one of our five core values. For this value we state that ‘we take personal and shared responsibility, are transparent and are accountable for our actions and our impact’. In his video, Gareth talks about the importance of staff taking ownership or ‘stepping up to the plate’ in solving challenges that the Council faces.
