Coaching Conversations Outline

This short course is designed for anyone who may have to hold a coaching conversation. This may link to performance reviews, appraisal or just a general discussion to move performance or relationships forward.

The session will be a mix of facilitator led discussion with interactive group sessions designed to allow everyone to participate to the level with which they are comfortable.

The objectives are to understand;

What is a coaching conversation?

What questions can I ask?

How to listen effectively?

How to help create rapport during the conversation?

How to listen effectively?

What is involved in listening and how do I ensure I hear what is being said?

Consideration of what skills can help create rapport.
