How can I find out about current conditions and the likelihood of the barriers being closed?
Alerts are passed to local press as soon as practicable publicised through the OIC Updates Facebook page and the Council Website. We also issue updates on X (formerly known as Twitter) and via our Telegram channel. There is also a webcam which can be viewed, this is not run by the Council - follow this link to visit the webcam on the Orkan Adventures website .
