Planning Policy Advice

Status: Adopted 2 March 2021

Further to public consultation, the Amenity and Minimising Obtrusive Lighting Planning Policy Advice was adopted by Full Council on 2 March 2021.

This Planning Policy Advice is material consideration when making decisions on planning applications from this date. It will also inform the review of the Local Development Plan.
