Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) - Supplementary Guidance: Aquaculture

SEA of Supplementary Guidance: Aquaculture has been carried out, and the findings are presented in an Environmental Report. The purpose of SEA is to ensure that environmental considerations are taken into account within the Plans, in accordance with the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005.

Under Section 18 (2) of the Act, copies of the Final Environmental Report and the Post Adoption Statement are available to view at Customer Services, Council Offices, Kirkwall during normal opening hours, free of charge.

Printed copies are available on request from Orkney Islands Council, subject to an administration charge.
