Grainbank, Kirkwall, Development Brief

This Development Brief was approved in 2011 and covers part of the OLDP 2017 Kirkwall allocation of K-3 and other locations within the Grainbank area. Within the current Plan period this development brief will require to be reviewed and updated to consider the whole of the K-3 allocation. It is a material consideration for the determination of relevant planning applications.
