Verification Performance
The Building Standards Division publish verification performance reports for each Scottish Local Authority Building Standards Verifier. You can access the Orkney Islands Council performance report from the ‘Related Downloads’ section of this page.
Annual Performance Report
To coincide with the appointment of verifiers from May 2017 the balanced scorecard and continuous improvement plan templates have been refined to allow verifiers to report performance across the Performance Framework and Key Performance Outcomes.

Building Standards National Customer Satisfaction Survey
The National Customer Satisfaction Survey for building standards supports KPO4 (Key Performance Outcome 4) of the performance framework for building standards verifiers. The purpose of this KPO is to monitor customer satisfaction with the building standards service, ensuring the service meets or exceeds customer expectations.
