Hospital Services
The Integration Joint Board is responsible for the planning of those limited acute hospital services delegated to it. The Health Board is responsible for the operational delivery and management of all acute services. The Chief Officer and the senior manager responsible for the delivery and management of hospital services will ensure joint arrangements are in place to enable effective working relationships across the whole health and care system. The Health Board is responsible for providing information on a regular basis to the Integration Joint Board on the operational delivery of all acute services and associated spend.
