Suicide Awareness in Orkney Survey

ChooseLife ran a campaign between January and April 2015 called “Read between the Lines” – which was aimed at raising suicide awareness in Orkney.

We want your feedback on this campaign, to help us improve in the future.

We also want to hear your personal thoughts and views on suicide awareness and what you think can be done to improve the services available in Orkney.

How to take part in the survey

The survey is available online from the 'ChooseLife Survey' link in the 'Related Sites' section of this page from 20 July 2015.

If you don’t have access to a computer, you can use one at Kirkwall or Stromness Library.
