St Magnus Cathedral War Memorial 1914 - 1918
This memorial, commemorating those of the congregation who died in the First World War, was unveiled on 11 November 1923 by Capt Gordon Sutherland from Stronsay. Two of his brothers are named on the memorial.
The wording on the memorial reads:
To the glory of God and to the honoured memory of the men of this congregation who gave their lives for King and Country in the Great War 1914 - 1918.
