Staffing

We have a professional and dedicated staff team who provide twenty four hours a day cover when our students are in residence. This team consists of a duty manager, care staff and night care assistants who have undertaken professional vocational training requisite to their posts and they are supported by an able team of catering, domestic, janitorial and clerical staff.

The care team structure comprises of a Duty Manager and Houseparent from early in the morning through the day. Late afternoon and through the evening there are three House Parents and a Duty Manager on site. Overnight there is a night care assistant on a waking shift with two care staff on sleepover. We operate an on-call system where a Duty Manager is always available twenty-four hours a day and a Service Manager or Head of Service is also available during office hours.
