The following Garages are currently available for let. There is no waiting list for these garages at present. If you are interested in renting one of the garages please contact our Housing Management Section by telephone on 01856873535.

Garage Plots

The Council owns 16 plots for let for the purpose of building a garage on. At present these plots are all occupied. An application form should be completed and returned to Housing Services. On approval you must still apply for planning permission to build the garage. It is also a requirement of the lease that the garage is built within 6 months of approval.
