Second Adult Rebate

If you don’t have a partner, but share your home with one or more people who are:

• 18 or over.
• On a low income.
• Do not pay rent.
• Not jointly responsible for paying Council Tax.

You may be entitled to a Council Tax benefit called Second Adult Rebate – which could mean your Council Tax bill being cut by up to 25%.
