Housing Services Annual Reports

We are pleased to present our latest Annual Report against the Scottish Social Housing Charter.

Councils are now required to publish a report showing our performance by the end of October every year. This report marks the start of the process and it will be developed further.

The current and previous Annual Reports are available in PDF format from the 'Related Downloads' section of this page in descending year order.

We have used a green, amber and red system for highlighting good, neutral or average performance and areas where our performance could be improved respectively. As well as the colour coding, we have used a system of thumbs up, down or somewhere in between. We hope you will find this useful.
