Advice for Consumers

Our staff offer free, impartial and confidential advice to consumers who may be encountering:

  • Problems with Goods.
  • Problems with Services.
  • Problems with motor vehicles.
  • Other consumer problems.

This can be done by phone, email or meeting face to face at a time and place convenient to the consumer.
