Selection Stage
The ESPD (Scotland) is used for all selection stage questions. The Council issues selection stage questions either in advance of an Invitation to Tender (ITT), as part of a two stage process, or within an ITT document, a one stage process. This is to allow the Council to select suitably qualified and experienced bidders, and to ensure consistency in our approach to selection. The process is explained in more detail on the 'Procurement Journey' website, which is available via the 'Related Sites' section of this webpage.

- Reference Check letter.
- Standard successful letter at the selection stage.

Standstill Period - Low Value/Sub OJEU Threshold
