Kirkwall Business Improvement District

The Kirkwall Business Improvement District (BID) has been set up to provide town centre businesses with an opportunity to directly influence developments to help bring a new life and energy to the area over the 5 year period from 2013 and beyond.

The Council has been appointed by the Kirkwall BID to issue and collect the BID levy, with the sums collected being passed to them for delivery of projects and services.
