Early Learning and Childcare Forms
Registration opens on Friday 23 February at 9am. Forms for this can only be accessed once registration opens. If you would like to register for 23/24, please get in touch with elc@orkney.gov.uk
| Use this form if you are registering your child for their first year placement or are registering them for the first time into an Orkney setting. | |
| Use this form if your child is two years old and eligible for a placement. | |
| Use this form if your child may require placement at a setting outwith your catchment area. For example, due to a house move or having other children already attending the requested setting. | |
| Use this form if your child is in their second year, requires a change of setting and you are in the Papdale catchment area. | |
| Use this form if you would like to use the early learning and childcare hours with one of the partnership childminders or some of the hours with the childminder and some in the nursery within your catchment area. | |

Use this form if you are registering your child into Willow Tree Nursery. |
