If I want to use a partnership childminder and my local nursery what do I need to do?
This would be a ‘Blended Placement’. You need to register during registration week for a place at your local nursery and complete a registration form for the partnership childminder. It is important that prior to completing the partnership childminder form you should have already spoken with the childminder and confirmed that they have a place for your child.
