Redundancy Support (PACE)
Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) is a Scottish Government strategic partnership framework for responding to redundancy situations. It ensures that local public sector agencies respond to potential and proposed redundancies as quickly and effectively as possible.
Skills Development Scotland (SDS) leads on the delivery of PACE in conjunction with other partner organisations such as the Department for Work and Pensions, local authorities, the STUC and Citizen's Advice Scotland.
