With the school holidays upon us, Orkney Islands Council is reminding households that all young people aged under 22 can travel on public buses for free if they have an up to date National Entitlement Card or Young Scot Card.

Their advice on a planning applications is vital as it ensures certain public safety elements of developments – and therefore decisions can’t be made without their input.
