Building Warrant Fee Information Guide 2021
Following a biennial review, Building Standards will be introducing a refresh of our Building Warrant Fee Information guide from 1 April 2021.
The guide provides an indication of the expected Estimated Value of Works in £/m2 for some of the more common construction types undertaken in Orkney and should be used in calculating the Building Warrant fee.
