The Orkney Islands Council (Yinstay Road, Tankerness) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during Openreach’s installation of new ducting and access chambers within the boundary of the Yinstay Road, Tankerness.
The Order will be in operation from Friday, 17 February 2023 to Thursday, 9 March 2023 and its effect will be to close Yinstay Road, Tankerness when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
