The Orkney Islands Council (Yinstay Road, Tankerness) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during Openreach’s installation of new ducting and access chambers within the boundary of the public road.
The Order will be in operation from Tuesday, 13 September 2022 to Monday, 3 October 2022 and its effect will be to close Yinstay Road, Tankerness, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
