The Orkney Islands Council (West Castle Street, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during works by Andrew Sinclair Ltd to carry out manhole repairs.
The Order will be in operation from Monday 14th October 2024 to Friday 18th October 2024. The effect of the Order will be to close West Castle Street, Kirkwall between its junctions with Junction Road and Great Western Road, Kirkwall, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
