The Orkney Islands Council (Vintage Rally) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Orkney Islands Council has made an order in terms of section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users while the Orkney Vintage Club Ltd. hold a Vintage Rally.

The order will be in operation on Saturday 5 August 2023 between the hours of 12.30pm and 5.30pm; and on Sunday 6 August 2023 between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm.

The effect of the Order will be to close Grainshore Road, Hatston Industrial Estate, Kirkwall, between its junctions with Crowness Crescent and Hatston Pier Road, Kirkwall, between the hours on the days stated.

Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
