The Orkney Islands Council (Surface Dressing, Resurfacing and Patching) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of site personnel and road users while carriageway surface dressing, resurfacing and patching works are carried out.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 2 May 2022 for the period until and including Friday 23 December 2022 and its effect will be to close the sections of the roads referred to in the Schedule below, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when a road is closed.
