The Orkney Islands Council (St Catherine’s Place Car Park, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during excavations by ORCA Archaeology.
The Order will be in operation from Monday 22 May 2023 to Sunday 28 May 2023, and its effect will be to close St Catherine’s Place Car Park, Kirkwall when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the car park is closed.
