The Orkney Islands Council (Queens Street, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during works to enable new public utility connections to an adjacent development site.
The Order will be in operation from Tuesday, 16 January 2024 to Tuesday, 23 January 2024.The effect of the Order will be to close Queens Street, Kirkwall. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when a length of road is closed.
