The Orkney Islands Council (Manse Lane and Clay Loan Car Park, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during works by Andrew Sinclair Ltd to carry out electricity substation replacement works.
The Order will be in operation from Monday, 19 August 2024 to Friday, 13 September 2024. The effect of the Order will be to close Manse Lane and Clay Loan Car Park, Kirkwall, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road and car park are closed.
