The Orkney Islands Council (Kirbister Road, Stromness) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during works by Andrew Sinclair Ltd. on behalf of Openreach to install new ducts and access chambers.

The Order will come into operation on Tuesday 18 July 2023 for the period until and including Thursday 21 September 2023 and its effect will be to close Kirbister road, Stromness, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
