The Orkney Islands Council (Khyber Pass, Stromness) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of site personnel and pedestrians while repair works are carried out to No 21 Dundas Street, Stromness.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 22 August 2022 for the period until and including Friday 7 October 2022, and its effect will be to close Khyber Pass, Stromness, from the start of the footpath at Dundas Street, Stromness, to No 3 Khyber Pass, Stromness, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the footpath is closed.
