The Orkney Islands Council (CCTV Drainage Survey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during works by Andrew Sinclair Ltd. on behalf of Orkney Islands Council to survey part of the drainage infrastructure within the boundary of a road.

The Order will be in operation from Monday, 12 September 2022 to Sunday, 20 November 2022, and its effect will be to close the roads referred to in the Schedule below when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when a road is closed.

Schedule

(1) Great Western Road from West Castle Street to Pickaquoy Road; (2) Junction Road from Pickaquoy Road to West Castle Street; (3) Pickaquoy Road from Great Western Road to Junction Road; (4) Tankerness Lane; and (5) West Castle Street.
