The Orkney Islands Council (Burnett Brae, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during works involving the laying of utility services to the site of a new nursery.
The Order will be in operation from Monday, 2 October 2023 to Sunday, 8 October 2023. The effect of the Order will be to close Burnett Brae, Kirkwall, between its junction with Wasdale Crescent and Moar Drive, Kirkwall.
Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
