The Orkney Islands Council (Broad Street Car Park, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers to enable Kirkwall BID to hold a winter themed event in the Broad Street car park.
The Order will be in operation from Thursday 1 December 2022 to Monday 5 December 2022 and its effect will be to close the Broad Street car park between these dates. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the car park is closed.
