The Orkney Islands Council (Ayre Road, Pickaquoy Road and Waterfront West Car Park) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during works by Heddle Construction Ltd. to enable laying a new foul sewer to be carried out in safety.

The Order will come into operation between Monday 2 May 2022 to Monday 15 August 2022 and its effect will be to close Ayre Road, Pickaquoy Road and Waterfront West Car Park, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the roads and car park are closed.
