The Orkney Islands Council (Albert Street, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during Openreach’s laying of ducting in Albert Street, Kirkwall.
The Order will be in operation from Wednesday 15 February 2023 to Tuesday 28 February 2023 and its effect will be to close Albert Street, Kirkwall when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
