Surface dressing update for 13 July

Following completion of surface dressing road works at Halley Road in Deerness today, crews will move to two minor roads in the parish tomorrow, Tuesday 13 July:

• Aikerskaill Rd – between junction with the main B9050 road out the Gloop and the junction with Quoys Road. Detour via Newark and Quoys Road.
• Manse Road Deerness – between junction with the main B9050 road out the Gloop and the junction with Watermoss Road. Detour via Stove and Watermoss Roads.

Full road closures will be in place between 9am and 5pm while surface dressing is underway (and possibly later if the crews are close to finishing the work).
