Stagecoach to resume school transport services

Stagecoach has advised Orkney Islands Council that it intends to resume public and school transport services this afternoon, but on main roads only.

The information below details which roads will not be serviced

Bad weather route changes (KGS)

431 – will not service Scorradale & will instead turn at the Clestrain Junction.

432 – will not service the Herston Road (B9042), Hools Road, Sandwick Road, Cleat Road, Holland Road & Flaws Road.

433 – will not service Aikers Road & Grimness Road (B9044).

434 – will not service Greameshall Road, Biggins Road & Moss Road (Wilderness).

434A – will not service Greenwall Road, The Tieve Road & Cornquoy Road.

435 – will not service Tankerness Hall Road (minus the road past Bossack) & Yinstay Road.

436 – will not service Manse Road, Denwick Road, Link Road, Halley Road (B9051), Newark Road, Quoys Road & Aikerskaill Road.

437 – will operate full route.

440 – services main roads only.

441 – will operate full route.

442 – will not service Hundland Road.

443 – will not service Brodger Road (B9055).

444 – will not service Howe Brae.

446 – will not service Ireland Road.

447 – will not service Woodwick Road, Gorseness Road & Puldrite.

448 – will not service Zions Loan & Old Finstown Road.

464 – will not service Old Finstown Road, Redland Road, Lyde Road & Burness Road.

471 – will not service Gyre Road & Scorradale and instead will turn at the Clestrain Junction.
