The Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received three applications for occasional licences to run concurrently –

Applicant: Christopher Bichan, 3 Mill Street, Kirkwall, Orkney, KW15 1NL.

Premises for Event: Waterside Café, Atlantis Lodges, Finstown, Orkney, KW17 2EH.

Nature of Event: Provision of breakfasts and lunches.

Duration of Licence: 11:00 to 17:00 from 31 May 2022 for a period of 14 days, followed by 2 further periods of 14 days, terminating at 17:00 on 11 July 2022.

Whether alcohol will be consumed on the premises, or off, or both: On.

Date by which objections must be made: 28 April 2022.
