Premises for Event: Scapa Distillery Stall at Old Seed Store, William Shearer, 71 Victoria Street, Kirkwall, Orkney, KW15 1DQ.

Duration of Licence:

• 10:00 – 17:00 on Saturday 9 December 2023;
• 10:00 – 17:00 on Sunday 10 December 2023;
• 10:00 – 17:00 on Saturday 16 December 2023; and
• 10:00 – 17:00 on Sunday 17 December 2023.

Nature of Event: Christmas Shopping Event.

Whether alcohol will be consumed on the premises, or off, or both: Off.

Date by which objections must be made: 19 October 2023.
